Results from Saturday’s track meet at Farragut High School.
On Saturday the Sunbright Track Team competed at Farragut High School in the Tennova Farragut East TN Jamboree.
The biggest news of the day was Haylee Morgan. Haylee won the girl’s discus with a personal record distance throw. Haylee threw further than 41 other lady discus throwers on Saturday.
All the athletes on the team this season performed well Saturday. They began the season either very near where they left off last season or better with several personal recorders made.
Kent England had personal records in Discuss and 800 meters.
Grant Carroll had a personal record in the 300-meter hurdles.
Josh Nestle had personal records in the Long Jump and 300-meter hurdles.
