General Manager/Owner – Andrew Knight
Andrew Knight has been with the company since 2017 and is a part of the ownership group and serves as General Manger. He’s also a member of the sports broadcasting team providing color commentary for high school football and basketball broadcast.
Andrew is a 2004 graduate of Central High School in Wartburg and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Tennessee Tech in 2009. Andrew enjoys a good game of golf, weekends at the lake, and is always rooting for the Vols! Andrew resides in Lancing and has a cat, Vegas, and a dog, Ivy.
Office Manager – Amber Moore
Amber has been with WECO since 2021 and serves as Office Manager, overseeing billing, payroll and accounting procedures and schedules commercials on both stations and editing daily logs on the FM station 101.3 WECO. You can also hear Amber on all stations as our WECO Weather Girl.
Amber is the youngest daughter of Rex Neal and the late Libby Freytag Neal.
Amber is married to her high school sweetheart, Barry Moore. They live in the Mossy Grove community and have 3 beautiful children, Mahayla, Sammie and Jack. The Moore family are devoted members at Mossy Grove Baptist Church where Amber and Barry serve as the Sunday School Nursery Teachers and help with the Wednesday night SEED Program.

News Director – Goose Lindsay
Goose Lindsay has been with the company since November of 2019.
He serves as News Director and is the host of Trade Time and the Sunday Spotlight, along with providing color commentary for high school sports broadcasts.
Before joining WECO, Goose worked in the print media for Roane Newspapers for 18 years. During that time, he was the editor at Morgan County News for two years.
Goose is a native of Oakdale and has been married to his wife, Dee Ann, for over 32 years. Dee Ann is the a Vice-President at Michael Dunn Center in Harriman. They have one son, Michael, who is an Upper Cumberland Reporter.
You can hear Goose’s newscasts at 7am, 8am, Noon, 4pm and 5pm weekdays.
Owner/Board President – Ed Knight
Ed has been with WECO since 1974 and is part of the ownership group that includes sons Brad & Andrew Knight. He has officially retired from the day-to-day operations of the station but still works part-time and assists with advertising sales and also serves as a management consultant.
Studio Technician – Bruce Owen
Bruce Owen joined the WECO Staff in 2013. He serves as the company’s go to for weekend work shifts.
After working in several radio stations in Colorado and Mississippi and then working for Continental Airlines for over 30 years, he and his wife, Linda, moved to the Wartburg area to be closer to family. Bruce begin working part-time at WECO shortly after the move and has been with the company ever since.
Assistant to the Operations Manager – Samuel Howard
Samuel began working for WECO in December of 2019 and now serves in a couple different capacities in the station. He currently assists with production, some AM 940/FM 95.5 programing, and in helping update the website and social media. Samuel plays a part in WECO High School Sports Broadcasts often running the board.
Samuel graduated from Central High School of Wartburg in 2020 and went on to earn his Associates Degree in Audio Production Engineering from Pellissippi State Community College. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family, flying his drone, and working in his church.
